What is your Return Policy?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Kiss the Rainbow! All sale items are FINAL. We do not refund or exchange any items that are in the sale.

How to Return
Include your name and order number in the package which then can be sent to the following address:

Returns Policy
- Your item(s) must be returned to Kiss the Rainbow HQ within 30 days of first receiving the products, including faulty products
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Processing Time
- We process all of our returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s)
- You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received
- We will refund in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days to appear on your bank statement


What if my item is damaged?
If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Damage occurred from improper opening of packages does not cover our warranty policy. Contact us at info@kisstherainbow.com


What if I received a faulty item?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. You will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / gift certificate. Contact us at info@kisstherainbow.com

Note, Kiss the Rainbow does not accept returns on items that are damaged by general wear and tear. Kiss the Rainbow reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.


I have received an incorrect item. What now?
If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or color, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@kisstherainbow.com with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavor to get the correct item to you within a normal time frame. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.


Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You can purchase an items in a different size or color is if it's still in stock. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the items before returning your order.


Stock Availability
Kiss the Rainbow makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchases. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be either notified that we are currently restocking the item or be refunded for the out of stock item. You will be notified by receiving an email.
